I never have thought much of that fair and balanced, cross the aisle stuff.
And I never met a negotiator who says you have got to give a little that was willing to give anything of his. He always wants to give away something of mine.
The art of true negotiation is to give something you don’t want for something you do.
We want all of the things you list as our values. They are not to be bartered.
