I’ve heard of parents (of the intelligence variety) sending their children into school wired with high-tech bugs. Otherwise, without taped evidence they could take to the District, the teacher would deny it and yes, the student would eventually be victimized.

That's a great idea, tho in some states it would be inadmissible if all parties hadn't been notified about the taping.

Ha! During school hours, I watched some ugly episode in my son's classroom from the windows. I watched the whole thing go down, and then stormed the classroom. Needless to say, no doubts, and for yet another school year, a note was placed, again, in each my children's files... "Do not let Mrs. Alia into the classroom".

I'm not joking.

I got the following respone to my email:

We are aware of the video shown on You Tube. It demonstrates the action of one individual which is inconsistent with the values of the district. Our administration is addressing the issue at the school. Our Superintendent has posted a message on You Tube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z9ta9XKQXgE) and the CCS Homepage at (www.ccs.k12.nc.us). You may want to look at that. Please be assured that we take this seriously and will handle appropriately.
