During his first press conference a reporter asked a question about what Presidents he would consult. Obama's answer was to the effect of the living ones, not like Nancy Reagan seances or words to that effect...

Thank you. I just threw away all signs of the election. I thought I felt bad when Clinton was elected....gosh, this is major depression. Glad I am not in this boat alone. Hey, at least maybe the 8 years of bashing Bush will be over soon. I look forward to seeing how late night comedians handle Obama......it’s their turn.

FYI, Nancy Reagan endorsed John McCain in March 2008.
I was clinging to the fact that he seemed to be a serious, sober, and disciplined man, but his attempt at humor about seances, his reference to himself as a mutt, and the personal medical information about his daughter's allergies dispels that notion. Now I got nothin'!
