You just cannot change a parent’s name on a birth certificate on a whim. So why the big lie about being adopted?

Stanly Ann was never married to Sr. He already had a wife in Africa (Married the third one later) He had three wives simultaneously....It's the faith ya know.

SO even if she went through a ceremony in HI I don't think they would be legally married.

IIRC in Indonesia a man does not formally go through an adoption procedure. He just states this child belongs to me, and assumes parenthood.

Their is documentation in Berg's challenge for an adult or BO himself legally changing his name (two or three time). Six names Plus (male Child):

Their is also a charge of perjury because he state on his application for law license that he has never gone by another name.

I agree something is not right. I understand that we do need to ensure some privacy for public officials, but when there was a question with McCain's birth, he produced the document. There are serious questions about Obama’s birth circumstances, some of which would disqualify him for the POTUS although at the moment it just seems as though it us “crackpots” who are suspicious. It seems to me that the grandparents might have chosen Hawaii as a destination because it was in the transition from territory to statehood at the time of Obama’s birth. Other states would have had far stricter terms of certification than Hawaii. Hawaii was still in a transitional phase in 1961. It may have become a state overnight, but things such as records would have taken years to transcribe.
