The effort within the McCain campaign’s upper ranks to pin Sen. John McCain’s loss of the presidential election on Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin is now in full swing, and Fox News’ Carl Cameron eagerly plays the gossip columnist.

On “Fox Report” last night with Shephard Smith, Cameron said he learned during the campaign that many within the McCain team were concerned that Palin “lacked the degree of knowledgeability” to be a heartbeat away from the presidency — but agreed not to report the details until the after the election.

They are coming after Sarah hard. They do not want her to be politically viable anytime soon because her popularity would cause havoc in the comfy little halls of Washington.

If she were to run for the Senate; it would up to the people of Alaska; and no one else, to send her there. Personally; I'd like to see it. RINO's and the media would have a freaking cow.

radio is reporting the CONSERVATIVE Palin gave mccain a 15 point rise. McCain is repsonsible for the rest of the deficit.

McCain, like dole like x41, is a “nice guy”. A nice guy who was running a presidental race like a senate race. There was no coordinated internet presense except for a pathetic website that anyone with a bare knowledge of html could have created.

Then again mccain had no money.

I just grabbed the first site that had the video on a google search. The content of the video is the same no matter where you get it.

I didn’t realize this was the official, “We love Sarah no matter what” thread.

Guess what guys? We got stomped. Not edged, not nosed out, we got beat. No recount, no room for doubt.

Go ahead run her again, and get whipped again. I’m telling you, she has revealed some flaws, and will do well to stay in Alaska. That’s my opinion.

The worst part of the Katie Couric interview was when Sarah Palin apparently did not answer the question about what she reads. A phony video was posted here with Sarah Palin getting assaulted during the Couric interview. The interesting part of the phony assault, to me, was the part of the interview which hit the cutting room floor. Governor Palin actually made a very cogent, intelligent reply to Katie C, expressing disgust with the implication in the question, which was that Alaska was just frozen hillbilly country with no respectable access to news.

Cameron makes the same implication with his statement that Palin did not know Africa was a continent.

I sent O’Reilly an email asking if Carl is auditioning or a job with TMZ or the Enquirer. This pisses me ofF!!!!!!! Time to take up reading - in 4 years I can learn a lot.

I hope he wins and takes Shep with him. As for O-gasbag; even Inside Edition had the good sense to send him packing; hopefully Fox will someday follow suit. Sad to hear that Brit is retiring. Once Cavuto and Hannity are gone, then Fox and I will part ways....

How very liberal of you. I mean that in the literal sense. My orignal post says that I observed her, and given Cameron’s report, I have decided Palin isn’t a good choice nationally.
Didn’t say she wasn’t conservative. Didn’t say she wasn’t doing the job in Alaska, just said I wouldn’t support her nationally. And that’s enough to set off a lot of replies that are less than civil. It’s ok. I can take it, bring it on.
Those replies are simply coming from some people who must enjoy the feeling of being a loser they had on 11/5/08. Obama has shown one thing, smooth will win.
Do you want to win? I’d rather not have a man like Obama in the WH.

But, go ahead, revel in the “I love Sarah” moment. And be sure to attack anyone who doesn’t think EXACTLY like you do. It really is the lib way to go.

Don't know if it will help, but I sent an email to the McCain campaign telling them to knock off the attacks on Gov. Palin or the RNC will never see another dime from me in campaign contributions.
