I'm confident that after Tuesday night Obama will be perfectly capable of obtaining a brand new, perfectly valid, state of Hawaii BC stating he's the product of immaculate conception, or cloned from a sheep, or even born on the date previously reported, with all the right names and religions, and any hospital he requests.

Lets see what happens on 12/1 ...

SCOTUS has a problem here. If they do not let the lawsuit go forward with discovery, then the Constitution is dead. Anyone can ignore it and anyone will then be able to run for POTUS.

SCOTUS takes the Constitution seriously - just look to Bush v. Gore when 2 libs (Breyer and Souter) sided with the 7-2 majority. I’m sure that it galled them to do it - but there was a clear violation of the Equal Protection provision of the 14th Amendment.

Breyer and Souter put the Constitution over ideology.

I believe SCOTUS will remand the case back to the lower court and compel production of the Birth Certificate.

As for Obama, he could have put this to bed months ago by producing the birth certificate - he hasn’t.

Seems to me that there is a BIG problem with it.

I also read on the case that by him ignoring and not presenting his birth certificate, he admits to not having one. So the assumption is that he has no birth certificate and is an illegal alien.

He of course has many family members in Kenya squawking they were present at his birth in KENYA.

Also put out there is anyone at that time could apply for a birth certificate in the state of Hawaii which would compromise its validity. Also heard the birth cert on the internet was actually his half sisters and doctored to appear to be his.

I think the MSM is hoping that it will all go away ...

However, with Berg’s suit and all of the others, Obama will have to respond as to why SCOTUS should not hear the case.

That is news and then the MSM will likely have to report it ...

It is absolutely amazing how many of our judges don’t have any regard for the Constitution and will actually admit it. Those judges need to be ejected from their jobs.

We are the people! We still hold the power according to the Constitution. These government ‘officials’ are our employees. If they are not upholding the Constitution they have no business being in those positions. They need to be fired!!!
