I’m going to stop my 401k. I’m not sure what I’ll do though, what’s a safe investment that they can’t get?
They’ve gone after gold in the past, and could again.. Simply make the trading of it illegal. Same with guns and ammo. Sometimes it seems that just keeping cash in a safe is the safest. In multiple currencies.

What's the over/under on how quick they'll go after gold if I cash out? I'm thinking platinum might be a better bet. High intrinsic value, but "under the radar".

Guess that depends on how much lead you have to protect it ...

What's the over/under on how quick they'll go after gold if I cash out? There is already talk of "repatriating" gold. The RATS will make it illegal to own and force you to hand it over to the government. It wouldn't be the first time.
