Does Obama Need To Produce Birth Certificate As Proof For His New Federal Job (POTUS)?
Sounds great. Now translate that in to legalise compelling to a judge, and run with it.

When Supreme Court Justices are in the vetting process for their position, do they have to provide to the Congress and or the White House, copies of their birthing records? Just a point of comparison for them versus the President qualifications being vetted.

If I remember correctly, in 1987, when I worked for MCI, I had to provide 3 types (SS Card, Driver’s Licence, and Birth Certificate) ...
AND, MCI checked ALL 3 out - to comply with IRCA of 1986

BTW - if you come back and say that McCain was born outside the US, he was born on a U.S. military installation, which has been recognized as U.S. soil by the courts since thee 1800’s. Also, his parents were both U.S. citizens - unlike Obama whose father was not.
I have a cousin, who was born on Okinawa at Kadena AFB. Both parents U.S citizens. Has never been a Japanese citizen, although he could have elected to do so at age 18. Never did, always has been a natural born U.S. citizen.

It has been hypothesized that Obama in a U.S. citizen, but that there was something on the birth certificate he didn't want to have known. If that's the case, he would be free to post the certificate tomorrow.

It has been hypothesized that the legal Certificate Of Live Birth (COLB) says that Obama is a naturalized citizen and that he was born in Kenya.
Hawaii registered both natural born births and naturalized births.
If the COLB says naturalized - then he ain’t eligible.
Also, the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA) requires that ALL employers verify work eligibility in the United States. Since Obama will be an employee of the Federal Government, and we pay taxes that support his salary, I contend that WE are the employers and the Federal Government is ONLY the agent for us.
Ergo - in order to comply with IRCA, I feel that it is my right and legal obligation to know that he is eligible ...
FRiend, with all due respect, The 0ne is not the law until 20JAN09. He still can be found unfit. I doubt it will happen, but one can still hope.
