It's odd, but for the last year or two I have been positively OBSESSED--for no reason at all--with doing things primitively. I've made my own batteries, hobo stoves, and a solar cooker. I've experimented with compost heating.

Perhaps our good Lord is preparing us for something, eh?

You know it is really kinda funny to read this, but what you’re talking about sounds a lot like what the “useful idiots” are talking about. Primitive Sustainable Development.

I’m not sure that is really the direction we should be going in?
