Gore beats Bush in Florida (2000). I have noticed a horrible start to the day with all the 'Breaking News' polls. I urge the administrators to take them down and stop giving refuge to eeyores.
TOPICS: Breaking News; News/Current Events; Politics/Elections
KEYWORDS: polls; presidentmccain; vpsarahpalin
I strongly recommend this thread be elevated to "Breaking News"

And after President Gore it was President Kerry in 2004.

Channel 13 in Tampa called it, as I recall, at around 3 o'clock in the afternoon for Gore. I was extremely pi$$ed that they would do that. The national media called it before 7 EST, with the Panhandle's precincts still open. The Panhandle, as most of you know, is in the Central Time zone. That kept folks from going to vote in the strong conservative Panhandle.

I will be shocked if Florida goes for Obummer. Don’t people here realize that Zogby throws some special Palestinian/Arab sauce on his polls to tilt them toward Democrats?
