Magnetic Portals Connect Sun And Earth
http://www.sciencedaily.com ^ | NOV 2, 2008 | ScienceDaily

Posted on 11/03/2008 4:09:31 PM PST by Maelstorm

During the time it takes you to read this article, something will happen high overhead that until recently many scientists didn't believe in. A magnetic portal will open, linking Earth to the sun 93 million miles away. Tons of high-energy particles may flow through the opening before it closes again, around the time you reach the end of the page.

"It's called a flux transfer event or 'FTE,'" says space physicist David Sibeck of the Goddard Space Flight Center. "Ten years ago I was pretty sure they didn't exist, but now the evidence is incontrovertible."

Indeed, today Sibeck is telling an international assembly of space physicists at the 2008 Plasma Workshop in Huntsville, Alabama, that FTEs are not just common, but possibly twice as common as anyone had ever imagined.

“Because there are 1440 minutes in a day which is 180 daily cycles. 180 is half of 360 or halfway on the return trip back to the sun.

As magnetic particles are deposited here, the negative charge then leaves Earth taking with it the mental capacity of 1/2 of Earth’s inhabitants. Those inhabitants are left basically mindless. It is natures way of populating the Democrat Party.”

Attention Freepers - we have a Nobel Laureate in our midst. Jcon40 has a scientific explanation for liberalism. He may have also found a cause for what happens when a man resolves to marry.

LOL! This should be louder....

Attention Freepers . . . Jcon40 has a scientific explanation for liberalism.

P.S. I knew there had to be one.

“a portal opens up every eight minutes.”

Lots of questions. How do these portals relate to the speed of light? Is their a “portal wave” traveling from the sun to earth at the speed of light? Does a portal event happen instantly, simultaneously on the earth and sun? If so, does the event exceed the speed of light?

My hubby, SirKit, was reading some info to me from THIS webpage this morning. The scientists are predicting another climate minimum for around 2030. We're thinking it should be called the 'AlGore Minimum', just to cement for posterity what an IDIOT the man is.

Looking at the temperature maximums, it looks as though 1998 was the most recent, and there was even one back in the early to mid Thirties. Can anyone say "Dustbowl"?

Tosh, we’ve known for years that it’s the secret ingredients
in Wedding Cake, one bite and your sex life is over.

(Oh no? Then why do wives save pieces in the freezer for
you to eat a year later? Insurance!)
