Freep Voter Guide November 4, 2008: CA, Santa Clara County, San Jose
Smart Voter ^ | November 3, 2008

Santa Clara County Ballot

Precinct 1740
Ballot Type 51

In each case I’ll probably be voting for the first candidate in bold

United States Representative; District 16
Unprincipled Libertarian Steven "Steve" Wells
edges out Log Cabin RINO Charel Winston on issues. (Just say no to entrenched abortionist Dem. Zoe)

State Senator; District 13
Confused Libertarian John H. Webster edges out Log Cabin RINO Shane Patrick Connolly on issues. (Just say no to entrenched abortionist Dem. Alquist)

Member of the State Assembly; District 23
Log Cabin RINO Mark Patrosso is the only choice for removing entrenched abortionist Dem. Joe Coto

Judge - Superior Court; County of Santa Clara; Office 8
Lane Liroff’s has some serious endorsements; somehow Diane Ritchie has La Raza’s “The Racists” and all the liberal unions’.

County Supervisor; Santa Clara County; Supervisorial District 2
Check their organizational endorsements. Richard Hobbs appears only to be a wannabe cog in the liberal democrat lobby machine, whereas George M. Shirakawa is a serious cog in the liberal democrat lobby machine, including “The Racists”.

Tom McClintock on California 2008 Propositions
http://blog.tommcclintock.com/2008/10/18/mcclintock-on-the-propositions/
So far I agree with him on all the California propositions:
Yes
on 4, 6, 8, 9, 11, 12;  No on 1A, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10

Local Measures
Santa Clara County:
A, B, C, D; Franklin-McKinley School Dist. U
No
(Partly from tax and spend cynical reactionism)

San Jose
J, K, M
: Abstaining (I’m not convinced either way, so I don’t want to get in the way of others’ votes. They’ll probably pass anyway.)
L: No (Partly from tax and spend cynical reactionism, partly I like those big shade trees they’d have to cut down for a possibly redundant Fire Station.)

Everyone is voting.

Your idea would better be suited NON Partison to get the Props/Countrymen running on a CD that is ok by the State..too late.

This thread is DOA.

Not necessarily. All the Log Cabin members support homosexual agendas, though: http://online.logcabin.org/

That’s a good question.
Conservatives here are just trying their best to keep our county from turning into San Francisco.

Good for you!!! However, you have a few Log Cabins in your district...lol. Not a big deal as long as they have conservative traits I suppose. After all South Carolina is about to vote in the biggest Log Cabin Republican in the Nation...Lindsey!!! I can’t stand him but I would vote for him anyway if I was South Carolina resident.

we will post back and forth soon.

I am a bit miffed.

Let us see what Nov.4th brings and then give the POTUS 13 months.

Then you can say I dont know what the hey your post means..

I have other things to do as our family already voted and got out the vote.. time to respite and wait....

I assumed Global’s reply was a cellphone text message.

The best explanation I can think of is English is his/her second language. I’ve talked to Scandinavians online, some very cryptic stuff.

Tom Campbell was the best we'd had for a long time. He sure as hell beat Tod Honda.
