This should have been done long ago. But better late than never. If Barack Husein wins and then proven not to qualify, J. Biden will take his place.

FYI, Wiley S. Drake is Allan Keyes’ running mate on the American Independent Party ticket.

I suppose a declared candidate for office would have standing.I'd suggest that standing would be more solid in the Drake case if Allan Keyes, running for President in direct competition with Obama, were a co-Plaintiff.

Not to pick the pepper from the bird seed, but the man is not a candidate for President..... he’s running for VP

Can you imagine the rioting across the country if they were to disqualify Obama? It would be a blood bath.Well, if that's what it takes to stay free, it wouldn't be the first time. Ask older blacks about being set free.

You implied you are voting for Keyes. You said you're even going to research to see if his name on your state's ballot.
I stated that a third party vote is a vote for Obama.
This is not a "scare tactic", or "marketing" by me, it's reality.
But if you're voting third party, fine with me.
The majority of freepers are united as a team against Obama despite the fact they don't like McCain.
Voting third party or not voting at all at this critical time when the very foundations of our Republic are threatened is a dumb idea. It will only help to put in office anti-American, socialist operatives whose policies are dangerous and which we all abhor.
You've made your choice, and many folks have seen your fantastic independence and unshakeable principles for which you may be admired by some.
However, IMO, third party voters are just a pathetic footnote in this desperately close election.
What they'll really be remembered for is just plain stupidity.

I was in IL then and no one expected Keyes to win. I thought highly of Keyes at the beginning.
I could not figure out though why he spent so much time singing “Over the rainbow” on various radio station interviews.
It was the darndest thing.
Here’s hoping his VP can get standing. But this won’t get heard before Tuesday. So if Barry wins and the case has merit we are facing a huge constitutional crisis.

Singing? Thatis funny. Odd.
I think we have a huge constitutional crisis regardless. I’ld support an entire do over. None of the candidates had a fair chance.

“Wow, I can vote for Keyes. I wonder if he ever made my state ballot.”
I LIKE Keyes, and would’ve voted for him if an Obama win wouldn’t destroy America. Keyes is on the CA ballot, I know.
