Fred prediction is McCain.
Oh, Mort predicted a Barry landslide.
If he takes PA then he doesn’t need ACORN corrupted Ohio.
About time that Fred got his head on right. I couldn’t believe how Brit Hume’s panel seemed to be swooning over Obamanation.
I predict McCain will get 300 EV’s.
All of the 04 Bush states minus Iowa, and New Mexico, plus he will win Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, and the 1 EV in Maine.
He may even win Iowa...
I did not see Barnes and Kondracke tonight. Do we know what their predictions were on House and Senate seats?
I kind of miss CNN’s Capital Gang. They were always interesting to watch during the last few elections.
I think the most important thing in his prediction is that the big 0 has lost the aura of inevitability. But what I fear, as I’m sure many here do as well, is the ACORN effect. If McCain legitimately wins states by close margins, the crooked Dems will see to it that they maneuver enough votes to 0s column. This is going to be a very messy election, probably worse than 2000.
He’s “connected” as they say. He’s certainly more connected than anybody here so if he does a 180 I have to ask why? The only answer I can come up with is he’s seen an analysis that bodes well for McCain that none of us have seen. That’s about it.
If they announce that Mac has won PA, we can pop open the bubbly. ;)
Boy, I bet it freaked her out! :-)
The push for McCain is real here in PA.
A pile of robocalls during the day. They wanted to make sure I voted plus do some calls hitting Obama’s record.
The state GOP just sent a third mailing aimed at Democrat voters with the latest hitting Obama on taking lobbyist money for favors to them.
The NRA is putting ads on wrappers for Sunday newspapers here in PA as well getting out the word Obama is anti-Second Amendment.
I know, I wasn’t implying anything....I appreciate anybody’s prediction for McCain winning. I’ve just lost a lot of respect of late for a number of the regulars on Fox. I think they’re trying too hard for the “fair and balanced” rep, that’s all. Heck, I am beginning to like Juan Williams better than most of the so-called conservatives on there. Politically apart from me, of course, but I think he’s a straight shooter, almost “honest”! :-)
Good point, can’t deny that he has to have some reliable inside info. He just chaps my hide sometimes!
The last time the Phillies won a World Series was 1980; the year a Republican, Ronald Reagan, came from behind to defeat a Democrat, Jimmy Carter, for President of the United States of America.
Yikes! Thanks for that!
I also give Williams credit for taking on the so called Black Civil Rights Leaders in his book, Enough, which I purchased and plan to read in the near future.
As an NPR Lefty, I'm sure it took a great deal of guts for him to write it.
Looks like you’re adding PA 21 to Bush’s 286 and then giving BO VA 13, CO 9, NV 5 and NM 5 from Bush’s total to wind up with 275 for McCain. Add NH 4 for McCain and it’s another way to get Buster Barnes’s 279 (as an alternative scenario to McCain’s keeping all Bush’s states except for IA’s 7).
If you see Pennsylvania go RED, then the n0bama nightmare is over early.
