If I had to guess it would mean that he has a legitimate birth certificate but that it has information on it that he doesn't want anyone to see. Perhaps some embarrassing information about who is father really is or something that would suggest that he has been lying about his background during the campaign.
I agree, but still have a question. According to Berg, when he went to Indonesia he would have had to give up U.S. citizenship to be able to go to school. So even if he was born here and the father is someone other than we’ve been told wouldn’t his citizenship status be naturalized instead of natural born?
I’ve always felt that his original birth certiicate was destroyed when he was adopted and legally became Barry Soetoro. You can change your name back, but once adopted always adopted. It may have sounded better to him to run as Barrack Osama, err Obama. It always seems like he has to struggle to tell the truth and like most liars, they lie about things that would be better just to admit to.
There’s only one thing to be certain of — Obama failed to assure people that he’s qualified to run despite reports of witnesses to the contrary. He might assure officials, but his secrecy is suspicious.
I wonder why Governer Lingle would deliberately keep pertinent information from the American people, especially if Obama is not qualified to be president. This must mean he is qualified but something in his BC is embarassing or damaging to him. I still think the people have a right to know especially if it would effect the outcome on the election.
I believe that my b.c. has some info on it about my parents’ religions. That’s a California b.c., does a Hawaiian b.c. have the same things?

I believe it will make it clear that 0bambi presented doctored and false COLB paperwork in a way to mislead to the American public.
Live that down, even if the "facts" suggest he's qualified to be president. If these conjectures well-enough and essentially are the reality, it would mean his intention is just to hookwink the American voters, then get in after their votes have been snatched under a veil of lies.
And that's just the best of all worlds for 0bambi. It might well be far worse, with his game plan being: "Yeah, well, who's gonna deny me with a simple law after the American electorate (alongside ACORN and all his foreign donors) has voted for me?"
