Obama's Aunt Living in U.S. Illegally ( More info on "Auntie Zeituni" )

Here are a couple of questions that it would be nice if someone from the MSM would bother to ask. From the original Timesonline article:

Aunt Zeituni is now also living in Boston, and recently made a $260 campaign contribution to her nephew's presidential bid from a work address in the city.

Questions:

1. Isn't it illegal for aliens (let alone illegal aliens) to make contributions to U.S. presidential campaigns?

2. Whose identification did she fraudulently use to get a job in the U.S.?
