Barack Obama's aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango's case.
Information about the deportation case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one of them a federal law enforcment official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.

I'm shocked, must be an accidental oversight seeing that this was reported by the AP.
Obviously, if McCain and ICE agents went to pick her up that wouldn’t be a good idea, but if someone not affiliated with the campaign - say, a regular private citizen with a video camera - asked Obama about what he intended to do about his aunt’s plight that might be interesting.
In any dealings about this news, people should always be sympathetic to her and not sympathetic to BHO.

Disagree. Since this story is easily verified (unlike the API crap), I say add it to the growing pile. You never know with an undecided what the straw is that will break the camel's back. I believe I am proven correct when you look at the great things GOPtrust.com are doing in the battleground states right now focusing on Jeremiah Wright.
I don't necessarily think McCain himself should pursue this (stay on the economy and Joe the Plummer), but for the rest of us, I say this is absolute proof that typical of democrats, they do NOT take of their own, at least not with their own money. Check out Obama and Biden's charitable giving over the past five years. Anecdotally, I believe this story drives home the point.
