Barack Obama's aunt, a Kenyan woman who has been quietly living in public housing in Boston, is in the United States illegally after an immigration judge rejected her request for asylum four years ago, The Associated Press has learned.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Zeituni Onyango, 56, referred to as "Aunti Zeituni" in Obama's memoir, was instructed to leave the United States by a U.S. immigration judge who denied her asylum request, a person familiar with the matter told the AP late Friday. This person spoke on condition of anonymity because no one was authorized to discuss Onyango's case.
Information about the deportation case was disclosed and confirmed by two separate sources, one of them a federal law enforcment official. The information they made available is known to officials in the federal government, but the AP could not establish whether anyone at a political level in the Bush administration or in the McCain campaign had been involved in its release.

This SHOULD help the undecideds make up their minds. I doubt the MSM will confront Obama but I would love to hear him spin.
Well we have the moose, but the rest might be hard to come by!
Actually this is big news and shows what a lying POS Bozo is. Also, she donated $300 to him, how did she do that on the scant tax payers money she receives and it is illegal to boot. I hope someone runs with this the next 4 days.
“Poor old Joe doesnt even know what day it is!”
One has to wonder if poor ole Joe hasn’t been thrown under Obama’s bus.
Michelle wouldn’t do such a thing....she is way too good. It would just be too beneath her.
I agree. Even if they did know, how would they use something like this without being accused of being heavy handed by the liberal press?
I don’t know why, but your post made me LOL!
The woman needs to be deported but Obama should at least take her to lunch before she leaves. I wonder if she's registered and plans to vote?
ping for later
Of course Im not an expert, but Ill bet he was chosen expressly to occupy that position.
It’s quite clear Obama knew she was here illegally. She was told to shut up until after the election.
If elected, Obama was sure to grant her asylum/pardon to stay here. Then she could sing like a bird.
He is a liar from the word go and promises to let all liars get a pass as long as he can stop the middle class from moving up. He’s an elitist now and will stop progress from small-business making it up. He has no qualms stating this. The dumb-asses on the left don’t even see it.
“Of course Im not an expert, but Ill bet he was chosen expressly to occupy that position.”
I’m not an expert either, but I think Obama chose Joe because Joe is dumber than a rock....which does work well with your theory too. Rocks are often found under the wheels of buses. ;)
If 0bama is President, his relatives won’t have to move here, we’ll support them right where they are in Africa.
Much too often
I’d like to get the facts on Odinga. I know what’s being said, that he’s Obama’s cousin, that Obama campaigned for him, but I’d like to nail those things down as fact. It’s not particularly easy to find proof that Odinga is Obama’s cousin.
The aunt that lives in Boston story has the advantage of being true. Combining 1) not US citizen with 2) campaign contributor allows a discussion of how many contributions Obama is getting illegally from those who are not US citizens.

Aunt Zeituni is now also living in Boston, and recently made a $260 campaign contribution to
her nephew’s presidential bid from a work address in the city.
Speaking outside her home in Flaherty Way, South Boston, on Tuesday, Ms Onyango, 56,
confirmed she was the Auntie Zeituni in Mr Obamas memoir. She declined to answer most
other questions about her relationship with the presidential contender until after the
November 4 election. I cant talk about it, I just pray for him, thats all, she said,
adding: After the 4th, I can talk to anyone.
The Times could not determine their immigration status and an official at Boston City Hall
said that Ms Onyango was a resident of Flaherty Way but not registered to vote on the electoral
roll. However, that Ms Onyango made a contribution to the Obama campaign would indicate that she is a US citizen.
Records at the Boston City Hall confirmed Zeituni Onyangos birthdate as May 29, 1952.
“I can’t talk about it.” Why? Who told you you couldn’t talk about it?
