Journalists from three major newspapers that endorsed John McCain have been booted from Barack Obama's campaign plane for the final leg of the presidential race.
The Washington Times reported Friday that it was notified of the Obama campaign's decision Thursday evening -- even though the paper has covered Obama from the start.
Executive Editor John Solomon told FOXNews.com that the Obama campaign said it didn't have enough seats on the plane, but "I don't think the explanation makes sense to us."
"We've been traveling since 2007 with him. ... We're a relevant newspaper -- every day we break news," Solomon said. "And to suddenly be kicked off the plane for people who haven't covered it as aggressively or thoroughly as we are ... it sort of feels unfair."

This is a BIG opportunity for McCain to say that Obama is not a uniter and is really a dangerous media-controlling partisan hack.
And media outlets—witness FOX news—are frightened to death of this sort of treatment by the Obamites. FOX was even told/warned to tone down its reporting if it expects any access to the Obama campaign/administration. THIS IS INCREDIBLE! Not that it would occur. Hell, that’s normal for the thug left. But why should FOX care??!! People would tune in in even greater droves should FOX or any other media source say it was being blackballed by the Obama group! The truth about this racist, Marxist, America hating thug...that’s what interests the public. So he won’t appear on FOX? It wouldn’t matter in the slightest as far as ratings and viewership are concerned. Indeed, the public would increase its interest in FOX, should it have no access to Obama, but actually be willing to expose him for what he is! It’s amazing these supposedly market savvy media types don’t realize this.

Hahah, its a 24 hour news cycle these days folks.. you think one of these papers breaks one of the big major stories that have been circling this guy in the next few days it won’t get all around the world? Even if NYT and CBS decide to ignore it, once its out its out.

I don’t see how the Obama campaign thinks this will help. It’s not like it’s going to make the Times stop writing negative articles about him. Just gives them a solid topic for one extra negative artilce.
If McCain did this, the media would be trashing him and say his campaign is collapsing.
The MSM is renowned for sitting on stories that might hurt their candidates. I have no problem imagining a dozen different reporters all agreeing to not release some damning story on Obama (at least until after the election). They've done it many times before.
This seems to be a pattern of behavior.
