Donors should have standing; just as smokers had standing against the tobacco interests; or crib owners had against crib manufacturers; even though no direct harm was inflected upon them personally!

You ask if sinclair has been discounted? Guess what, this is America. The accuser must provide proof of his/her allegations. We do not have a system where the accused must prove the accusations false.
Your boy sinclair has never provided any proof of any of his allegations (something you and he seem to have in common).
Basic Conservative values...innocent until proven guilty and proof instead of speculative allegations....concepts that are obviously foreign to to. Not hard to see why you were banned.

He must produce birth records, both from the State of Hawaii and from the hospital that he was born, and records showing his visa or citizenship status with Indonesia.
I personally will not address him as president until he does make it clear that he is eligible to serve in the office. This is a fundamental Constitutional issue, and one that the Senator "Coke-head" Obama could clear up in short order if he wished.
The constitution simply says that Biden would be president if hussein isn’t valid. If Biden is also not eligable, only then could congress choose obama again (or whoever) and then that’s final.
