We’ve overused the term “Useful Idiots” and it’s time to retire that phrase.
Let’s build the conservative movement and make it strong. If you can, remove your kids from public school and even some Catholic schools and home school them.
Encourage your neighbors and friends to become more independent minded.
Start a letter writing campaign to defund the Dept of Education.
Elect only pro-life politicians.
Form local clubs where conservative minded individuals can meet, have fun, have parties, watch football games together and engage in letter writing and donor activities.
Start up a Constitutional Historical Society where the Constitution is read in it’s entirety every Dec 15th. and hold bi-weekly meetings to discuss the Constititution.
Stop subscribing to Time, Newsweek, The Nation (Not many people subscribing to The Nation), Ladies Home Journal, Glamour, the New Yorker, etc.

Well, Doug (joined FR 10-27-08), I think “useful idiot” is a damn good phrase. It describes perfectly the unthinking, emotional idiots who support the empty vessel nobama.
These useful idiots pour into the nobama pig whatever wishes and dreams these useless parasites, welfare bums and cowards want to imagine as they sleep warm under covers, protected by rough men willing to do violence on their behalf to secure their nice dreams.
Useless idiots enshrines perfectly the leftists who don’t think, who shed their skins to embrace the next emotive offering of free fruit offered by their collectivist masters.
These unthinking slugs (useful idiots) do productive citizens great harm, as they act the role of leeches, sucking the blood from the host.
So, no, getting rid of the phrase “useful idiot” is not a good idea. The idea that a new person like you suggests it, makes me suspicious of you. In fact, I smell troll bait.

I agree that useful idiot is right on the money to describe the masses that blindly support Obama. However O is himself a useful idiot a few steps up the ladder.

My point is that we’ve overused the term “useful idiots” and it’s really too vague anyway. It smacks of sloganeering because the left could describe us that way.
