If the LA Times really was in the tank for that one they never would have broken the story in the first place.

Reason we can't release it is because statements Obama said to rile audience up during toastAhem.

How do we know the tape hasn’t been “lost” or “stolen” from the LA Times’ offices? Have they confirmed current possession of the tape?

Someone on a related thread said that the McCain/Palin camp might already have a copy and would release it first thing tomorrow.
I think that "IF" they have a copy of this event then they should break the news on FOX at the same time that Nobama is doing his "Sham WOW" infomercial.
Don't even give Nobama a chance to have his message stick!!!
JMHO is all.

Let's hope the LA Times employee that received this tape is one of them that is about to lose their job.
And why would someone give the reporter a tape if they did Not want it released? If the reporter just wanted to see the tape to verify what the informant was saying was true, what is the necessity of reporter keeping a copy of the tape?

Obama also had Caroline Kennedy help him find a VP. I wonder if she knows that Obama’s friend and mentor, William Ayers, wrote a book and dedicated it to the assassin Sirhan Sirhan - the man who killed her uncle - Robert Kennedy.

I sent Wizbang’s message to my family and friends with the caveat that it is not known at this time whether Wizbang is true or not.
Keep your friends up to date with this story via emails.
And call Russ Stanton’s office at the LA Times.

Not likely, he bragged on not giving his children birthday or Christmas gifts.

Actually I have it on very good authority that Obama takes credit for supporting the 9-11 hijackers on the tape. Now some people may not believe that, but its on the best of authority and when a “Newspaper” won't release evidence concerning its chosen candidate, allegations are going to be made.
If the LA Times wants to prove me wrong, they will have to release the tape.
Everybody understand what I'm saying here? This is a time to make wild allegations. They must release the tape to prove them wrong, and refusing to refute could prove more deadly than just releasing.

Obama also had Caroline Kennedy help him find a VP. I wonder if she knows that Obama's friend and mentor, William Ayers, author of a book called
Prairie Fire dedicated that book to the assassin Sirhan Sirhan - the man who killed her uncle - Robert Kennedy.
It's either not true and just an Internet rumor - or the major newspapers in the country are NOT doing their job. It's more than just the tape. It's how the MSM is covering Obama.
If Sarah was friends with a person who was rumored to have dedicated a book the the man who killed John Kennedy, the LA Times, New York Times, Boston Globe and every other paper in the country would run with it. Or they would sit their best people down to research it.
Maybe he's not cooked - maybe they just don't care who he is, what he's done, what he believes or what kind of people who chooses for friends.

“Obama said earlier today in efforts to blunt McCain’s effective “spread the wealth” attacks that McCain will soon be telling people Obama “is a communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten.”
It’s not communist to share your toys.
However, it is communist to force other people to share theirs.

Obama said to rile audience up during toast. He congratulates Khalidi for his work saying "Israel has no God-given right to occupy Palestine" plus there's been "genocide against the Palestinian people by Israelis."
