So- do I understand that you believe if Obama IS elected there is still hope legally to bring a case before the Electoral College meets?

There will be others interested in such a case.

As you say- let’s hope it doesn’t come to that and Obama loses on Tuesday.

Rush brought up the topic of the birth certificate again today- and said it’s too late to get anyone to pay attention before the election. He did mention the “dump” will happen after the election. What he meant by that- I’m not quite sure- whether it was that all the oppo research is being held BACK til after the election for some reason?

Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about. A series of state court orders telling each of the Presidential Electors that they cannot vote for Obama because he is not qualified to be elected. This would be the same as the Constitution telling them that they cannot vote for someone who is younger than 35 years old.

As you say, I hope that becomes unnecessary. And keep in mind, if those Democrat Electors are freed to vote for anyone except Obama, they will likely vote for Hillary Clinton, not John McCain. It would still be nasty, just not as nasty as Obama.
