Yes, that is exactly what I am talking about. A series of state court orders telling each of the Presidential Electors that they cannot vote for Obama because he is not qualified to be elected. This would be the same as the Constitution telling them that they cannot vote for someone who is younger than 35 years old.

As you say, I hope that becomes unnecessary. And keep in mind, if those Democrat Electors are freed to vote for anyone except Obama, they will likely vote for Hillary Clinton, not John McCain. It would still be nasty, just not as nasty as Obama.

As dreadful as we know Hillary would be- if it were between she and Obama- I’d take Hillary in a heartbeat.

As a non-lawyer- I wouldn’t begin to know what the correct and most compelling case would be against Obama- but even to my untrained eye- it doesn’t seem Berg had it..
