The dude's an idiot...Change the day to the "First Saturday after the first Tuesday.

And like everything else, soon, we'll all be voting "electronically", paying our taxes "electronically", and they'll be dipping into your bank accounts "electronically" for "new Taxes" becaus they now have acquired interest in the banks...another kitty for social programs.

In other words, the government will be able to access everything you have and transfer it to their "welfare scheme".
