I love to see the President smile it seems to relax him and lighten even if for a few moments the immense burden he carries.
It is a very personal to Sarah and that is why she is the person to be involved in something like that it would not be a special interest pet project for her but a real heartfelt and honest approach to what affects the lives of many ordinary folk each day and who desperately need support and advise and special equipment and education needs.
