UPDATE: 1:10pm — I was told the lawyer apologized to the Palestra journalist..and said he did not mean it to be an intimidation. Yeah right and I'm a pink flamingo.

This is how they work. Attack slowly...inch up on prey, escalate some more...then some more, start to intimidate, make people fear them. Then, when they are caught, immediately admit it was a misunderstanding and they did not mean any harm. When the spotlight is back off them, they start again.
