HONOLULU, Hawaii Although the legitimacy of Sen. Barack Obama's birth certificate has become a focus of intense speculation and even several lawsuits WND has learned that Hawaii's Gov. Linda Lingle has placed the candidate's birth certificate under seal, and instructed the state's Department of Health to make sure no one in the press obtains access to the original document under any circumstances.

A RINO. I'm sure she's following the McCain campaign's orders on this. So McCain wishes to forget about this issue, at least for now.

Now we know why he went to HI.
Perhaps his middle name is not really “Hussein”. Perhaps it is “Throat-Warbler-Mangrove”.
Imagine how anticlimatic itd be if shed just released it now, a week and half before the election and it was just a normal Hawaiian BC.
that’s what I think is the case. The democrats are stupid but they aren’t that stupid
Sealing it would be her only authority as Governor, giving the FBI time to be called in. It’s looking like the Berg lawsuit is going to get appealed to the Supreme Court and from the looks of it, that birth certificate is being locked down.
If the governor, whatever her political affiliation, has taken an oath to uphold the laws of her state, then she must do it.
If the law restricts release of documents only to those persons to whom they apply, then so be it.
Don’t misdirect frustration to the governor, who is probably just doing her job.
The perp here is Barak Obama. He is the one who has a responsibility to release these documents, and he could do it with ease.
But he’s hiding something, and we all know it.
You don’t lose citizenship through adoption, a minor retains his citizenship. My sister married a Russian and he adopted the kid, she retains her American citizenship.
You lose votes though if your real father is a communist sex offender. That’d be interesting news to share.
More dupes of this article shall occur if its title reamins different than the one used at WorldNet Daily.
Maybe. There's a feeling in the air that something big is going to happen. The U.S. military is beefing up in the U.S. They're suppose to stand ready for the next 12 months. They smell something too - obviously.
If I read the law right on the last page, no one can contest the election until after all the states have registered their tally?
If Oboma is not a citizen, then any nation can run for president in the U.S. That's why it's so important every candidate is properly vetted BEFORE he/she runs for office.
Who implied she should/would do something illegal?
Maybe his middle name really IS Mohammed!
So can George Bush and Sarah Palin.
I think this is an important issue. But I have a couple of problems with this article.
It says that Governor Lingle has put Obama’s birth certificate under seal. But nothing in the article confirms that. If true, it can be explained that the Governor is simply seeing that the law in Hawaii is being properly followed.
I would fault the judges who have refused to act on this issue. It’s simply intolerable that obama refuses to produce a real birth certificate.
If it gets down to the wire, and Obama wins, I hope the Republicans in congress will refuse to accept the votes of the Electoral College until Obama’s citizenship has been satisfactorally demonstrated in accordance with the Constitution.
I would give a lot to see the truth come out now, before the election, but I can’t fault the governor for obeying and enforcing Hawaiian law.
This is getting silly
What documents would Kenya even have on Obama? In the WND article it says: “In Kenya, WND was told by government authorities that all documents concerning Obama were under seal until after the U.S. presidential election on November 4.”
