Pressly was found beaten early Monday at her home.
CNN affiliate KATV in Little Rock, Arkansas, said Saturday evening that its morning anchorwoman, Anne Pressly, died. She was 26 years old.

Heart felt sadness for the loss of this bright young woman who had so much left to do. What a loss to us all. I pray they are able to find the person who did this and bring them to justice.

Taking the entire purse is a too-obvious ploy at making it look like burglary. A burglar would have taken any valuables in the house and only the valuables from the purse. Why risk getting caught with a handbag full of your victim's ID?

With all the rest of the crazy, paranoid, conspirisy theory stuff getting thrown around, did you have to attempt to add this one to the list? Can we not sully this young woman’s untimely death with it?

My sympathies go out to her family, indeed. I just hope LE jumps on this quickly. Any and all leads are needed, including all circumstances of her work, I’m sure.

Has there been any more information about who may have used her credit card later that night? I had read that the location where it was used had security cameras. Hopefully the evil person who did this to that poor woman will be found and brought to justice.
