Ok, I'm no lawyer, but I've looked this over and it appears we win:

1) noting can be counted until after the election with a 10-day window;

2) anything challenged by the board of elections is marked and set aside, and additional information can be required;

3) SS#s that don't match get set aside;

4) the board of elections can demand additional information, and if there is no valid phone number, they aren't required to go track someone down.

Maybe not, but how many fake IDs have been provided to them and how much will they be paid for each Obama vote?

The libs have been fighting from the get go about provisional ballots. They are trying to get as many people as possible to vote with a real ballot, because, once voted, you cannot challenge and pull out that individual vote. We have a chance if many of these fake votes go provisional, they can be challenged and not counted.
