I can understand the judge deciding that Berg did not have standing but “patently untrue”? Hardly. He still hasn’t provided a genuine birth certificate.

How can the judge rule “did not have standing” when a legit birth certificate has NOT been produced? We The People have lost our Free Republic.

I’d Berg to ask the judge what materials he used to decide why it was “patently untrue” and what caused him to believe the material he used was correct?

It was the DNC or Obama that said the claims were "patently false". The judge agreed that Berg didn't have standing, not that the claims were patently false, but the reporter phrased it in such a way as to make it sound like the judge used the words "patently false".

I think!
