Joe Wurzelbacher, a.k.a. "Joe the Plumber," said Friday he may consider running for Congress in 2010, challenging longtime Rep. Marcy Kaptur (D) in the Toledo-area district.

"I'll tell you what, we'd definitely be in one heck of a fight," Wurzelbacher said during an appearance on the Laura Ingraham show Friday, "but, you know, I'd be up for it."

For a second I thought you were going to say..."vote for him"!

If the good people of Ohio can win their state for McCain I would consider moving to Ohio and take my business with me.

In fact, I might even start pulling for OSU instead of U of M. Ouch, it gave me a tingle up my leg to say that one!

Rich kids with Harvard degrees sure as hell aren’t getting it done in Washington. If Slow-Joe Biden can be a Senator for 35 years, I see nothing wrong with this guy giving it a shot.

I’d run, but I made some good plans yesterday that should last a lifetime, if I don’t get killed during the discharge of my job.

Did you join the military? police?

They will be held responsible for their socialism which will have killed the greatest economy in history.

I hope so. The MSM will still try to cover for them.

No, bodyguard training, with the opportunity to advance and work overseas.

Wow. I”ve never met anyone that was a bodyguard. But of course, there are lots out there. I’ll bet it takes a lot of training, physical and psychological as well. It goes even beyond self-defense when you’re protecting another person. I’ve never thought about it before, but it’s probably pretty difficult. And stressful.

Tell me more about the training if you have a chance.

Well, keep in touch. I’d like to know what it entails. How long is the training?

The guy said from 6 days to 3 weeks, depending on how much the candidate knows before entering training. The firearms part I should breeze through.

Run Joe, Run! We need plain speaking folks like you in the house. That’s what the Framers of the Constitution wanted. Think of men like Davy Crocket and Old Abe Lincoln. They all served in the house. We got too many Lawyers in the place now, we need some blue collar workers in DC.

Yes, I agree that the common man needs to take over the House and Senate.
