Challenger: Harkin "Tokyo Rose" of al-Qaida
DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) -- Republican U.S. Senate challenger Christopher Reed is accusing fellow Navy veteran and Democrat Sen. Tom Harkin of aiding the enemy because of his call to withdraw U.S. troops from Iraq on a scheduled timetable. In a taped debate scheduled to air Thursday night on Iowa Public Television, Reed calls Harkin the "Tokyo Rose" of al-Qaida and Middle East terrorism.

Creep is the word. I’ve posted this info before but I will never forget it. Goes back to even before Harkin got elected to the Senate. The great B-1 Bob Dornan said when he and Harkin were in the House on a junket to China, Harkin bowed to a picture of Mao. How vile. Shows exactly where his loyalties stand. Didn’t he lie about fighting in Vietnam too?
