The Pennsylvania Democrat who has sued Sen. Barack Obama demanding he prove his American citizenship – and therefore qualifications to run for the office of president – has confirmed he has a recording of a telephone call from the senator's paternal grandmother confirming his birth in Kenya.
The issue of Obama's birthplace, which he states is Honolulu in 1961, has been raised enough times that his campaign website has posted an image purporting to be of his "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii.
But Philip J. Berg, a former deputy attorney general for Pennsylvania, told the Michael Savage talk radio program tonight that the document is forged, a publicized newspaper notice announcing Obama's birth in Honolulu could have been faked and he has a tape recording he will be releasing over the next few days.
"This has been a real sham he's pulled off for the last 20 months," Berg told Savage. "I'll release it [the tape] in a day or two, affidavits from her talking to a certain person. I heard the tape. She was speaking [to someone] here in the United States."
He said the telephone call was from Obama's paternal grandmother affirming she "was in the delivery room in Kenya when he was born Aug. 4, 1961."

Right and since it was afake the courts might make him produce a legal one. Can’t he get in trouble over the fake one?

I agree with you. How many times have we heard about explosive about to be released tapes in recent weeks? At some point it feels like the story of the boy who cried wolf.

Not really... he had it on his website, and on a friendly website supposedly in the fact-checking business.
He would get in trouble if he submitted a fake to a court of law. Thats why he’s not producing. He’s banking on a friendly court system which will eventually dismiss.
My prediction is obama gets away with this fraud on the USA.
But, at least according to pajamas media, in 1980, Obama registered for the draft under the Military Selective Service Act (as he was required to do).
Of course, that law applies to citizens and non-citizens and I haven’t seen how he designated himself when he registered.
I don’t know why Obama seems to be hiding on these points, but I seriously doubt they will play out as Berg says.
This may be a stupid question, but would there be a record somewhere if his mother did leave the country and when she returned?

It has to be translated and verified as to what she actually said.

There are so many half-brothers and half-sisters going on in that family that I wonder if Kenyan Grandma could even keep their births all straight.

actually, i don’t know... he wasn’t advertising anything on Savage.
Correct me if I am wrong but the last I heard Daniel Amon was some sort of visiting technician at the selective service Agency and was in no way it’s “Public Affairs Specialist” also if I remember correctly there was a problem with the Selective service number as well.
Here’s how it works:
After the Electoral College votes and declares a winner, Senators and Representatives can make written objections to the President-elect’s qualifications. If objections are submitted, they are considered by the respective chamber and a decision is made.
If the decision is that the President-elect is not qualified, then the Vice President becomes the acting President.
No doubt that it’s somewhat odd that Obama has not taken the easy steps to address this (unless it’s a rope-a-dope for the VWRC), but the process set up by the Constitution allows the election to go forward and deal with if and when the candidate wins.
I guess the thinking was any question would be moot if the guy doesn’t win.
And, two, if he wins and is disqualified, the election won’t be disrupted because the election will be over. If he wins and is disqualified, the transition of power won’t be disrupted because a VP will have been elected who can serve.
