Thing is Fact Check.org says they have seen the original.

FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false.

FactCheck is pretty bi-partisan. Even Cheney endorsed it in the last campaign.

“FactCheck is pretty bi-partisan”

No longer. You can find any number of articles from the last few months, including some posted at National Review and Patterico’s Pontifications, about FactCheck going over the edge into liberal advocacy.

How does Fact Check get access to the Original when only BHO can authorize it?

I hadn’t heard this. All I remember hearing is that whatever was posted on a web site or two was determined to be fake.

FactCheck is pretty bi-partisan.

Fact Check is an Annenberg organization, you know, the same gang that funded Obama and Ayers to pollute the educational system of Chicago.

Bullsh*t .... produce a scan, produce a BC or this never gets answered.

Factcheck.org is NOT bi-partisan as they are funded by the Annenberg Foundation. This is the same foundation that handed William Ayers and Barack Obama 50 million to clean up Chicago's schools. OF course they p*ssed away 50 million on pet ACORN and other fraudulent projects.

Factcheck.org is completely compromised.

Yea but has anyone with any real authority seen the original?

And if Fact Check has seen the original then why hasn't the original been produced to make the Berg lawsuit go away instead of moving to dismiss thereby putting more fuel on the fire?

If all that is true then why not just show the certificate and put an end to this?
