Why is Fauxbama going to Hawaii with a team of lawyers? To settle Granma’s estate? No, I’m sure it has much to do with the birth certificate matter before the Hawaii Supreme Court.

Liberalism, like a full stinking diaper, eventually will bring change - getting rid of it once and for all.

Maybe. Maybe he’s just throwing it out there as an example of crazy stuff that’s floating around.

Rush would do well to bring up Ayers’ recently found book, Prairie Fire:

Or I guess Rush could go here:

Rush is “floating” this info to see what kind of blowback it receives. Might be a good time to send him an email or two with a couple of links?

You know, the question of Palin’s wardrobe is so ridiculous. It is actually to her credit that she was able to turn over the selection of her whole wardrobe to someone else.

It did occur to me on the night of the convention that she must have had someone else buy her clothes because there simply was not enough time to go shopping.

Wasn’t Nancy Reagan criticized for accepting clothes from multiple designers?

I don't think the birth certificate issue holds water.

I didn't for a long time either. Then instead of just producing a legit Birth Certificate like any normal person can do Obama and the DNC have been doing everything but.

There is either something there or Obama/DNC is so stuck on legalese that they can't see the simple solution and just do it.

Savage brought it up last night and spent some time on it.

Dumb move. If he wants to get on his high horse about something how about the campaining in Africian for the communist or his link with the socialisth party in Chicago. Those make sense. The birth certificate mess makes one look like a nut.

The problem isn’t the crime, it’s the cover up.

IMO, it’s smart to bring this up now. I think most reasonable people would agree that Obamarx should present the original COLB to put the issue to rest. I think they would also agree that if he doesn’t produce it, he’s hiding something big.

These may sound like dumb questions, but since each state controls their elections, isn’t it up to them to confirm the eligibility of every candidate who runs for office on each states ballots?

Assuming it is, wouldn’t or shouldn’t every Governor in the US have proof of the Fraud’s eligibility and if they don’t, can’t they demand it? If this is the case, can’t the Governor of Hawaii and for that matter, can’t Sarah Palin as Governor of Alaska demand it or have the Fraud and any other candidate who hasn’t meant the eligibility requirements removed from the ballot?

Maybe we could get Geraldo to open up the vault in Hawaii on Fox news like he did in Chicago. I’m guessing the Hawaii vault would be empty too!

Thing is Fact Check.org says they have seen the original.

FactCheck.org staffers have now seen, touched, examined and photographed the original birth certificate. We conclude that it meets all of the requirements from the State Department for proving U.S. citizenship. Claims that the document lacks a raised seal or a signature are false.

FactCheck is pretty bi-partisan. Even Cheney endorsed it in the last campaign.

No He has NOT. When he Says something be very observant. He has been extremely cautious to date. When one smells smoke there usually is a fire.

“FactCheck is pretty bi-partisan”

No longer. You can find any number of articles from the last few months, including some posted at National Review and Patterico’s Pontifications, about FactCheck going over the edge into liberal advocacy.

I suspect the deal is that husband number two...the Indonesian dude....adopted Obama...renaming him as they left the country. This is this “funny” business that he really can’t come up and announce that he’s got some Indonesian name because it then demands an accounting over his citizenship (if his new dad conferred Indonesian citizenship on him....it really invites too many questions to answer today). I think this is the entire problem. The funny thing is that someone in Indonesia is going to let the cat out of the bag sooner or later, then congress will have to step in to fix something impossible to settle easily.

The Secretary of States and the Federal Election Commission DO NOT check eligibility, in general. There are rare cases where they do. The Secretary of State California Office told me the Democratic Party was responsible for vetting Obama with respect to the constitution requirements to hold the office of President.
