"Nonetheless an attorney in Philadelphia, Philip Berg, filed a lawsuit claiming Obama lost his U.S. citizenship when his mother married an Indonesian man. Berg says Obama failed to take an oath of allegiance when he turned 18.
Obama has attempted to silence any critics by producing a birth certificate from Hawaii, proving he was born there in 1961. Berg however is demanding an original, and not a copy from the Obama camp.
Obama's team filed a motion to dismiss Berg's lawsuit, but they also made a motion to block discovery.
Brian Smith is a West Palm Beach attorney registered as an Independent, that has wrote about this issue from a legal standpoint on his blog.
"The Obama camp and Democratic National Committee responded to the lawsuit by filing a motion to dismiss, but they never responded to the request for admissions."
Berg is now arguing because Obama's camp is refusing to produce an original birth certificate copy in discovery, his allegations are essentially true. "

If anyone is responsible for not investigating his constitutional eligibility for POTUS to this point, it's the DNC and the various state election boards. The latter have put his name on their ballots no questions asked.
I learned something new in this. I never knew Barack Obama was a member of the DSA, the Democratic Socialist party. Why is this not out there????

Why align yourself with a kook? Plus his suit is devoid of legal merit for more reasons than I care to get into here. Any kook can foil a lawsuit, and they often do. You'd be surprised if you knew how much time of the courts was taken up by wacky vexatious litigants with utterly meritless lawsuits.
Worse than that...
Why would the FEC join in to stop the suit on the grounds that he does not have authority to sue, when the FEC (if ANYone) HAS THE RIGHT TO
Is the FEC saying “only we have to power to sue”?
And if so, then why aren’t they? ust to follow up on the complaint and make sure he is a legit candidate?

Nowhere has there been any reference that Stanley Ann’s mom was in Kenya at any time, much less for the birth of her grandson, who was most likely illegitimate, since Nobama Senior was already married with 2 kids.

I was born in 1939 and my footprints are on my certificate.
The Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth posted on Obama’s website looks like the “birth certificate” we got when we adopted our daughter in Hawaii. She was born in South Korea. We were able to get this Certificate of Live Birth and get her naturalized at age 3-1/2 months, a few days after the adoption.
If Obama actually has one of these Certificates of Live Birth, it probably means he was born outside the US. To get this he either had to show his original birth certificate and adoption decree from a country where the US recognizes their adoptions or he was born outside the US and adopted in Hawaii. In both cases he would need a Naturalization Certificate to obtain a US passport. It would not necessarily authorize him to be considered a natural-born US citizen and eligible to be President, and would probably preclude it.
Depending on his mother’s status at the time, he may or may not be considered a natural-born US citizen - that is out of my area of expertise.
These are from the hospital and are not a birth certificate nor a legal document.
A legal birth certificate must be signed by the county clerk and have an embossed seal.
