The Hawaiian Certificate of Live Birth posted on Obama’s website looks like the “birth certificate” we got when we adopted our daughter in Hawaii. She was born in South Korea. We were able to get this Certificate of Live Birth and get her naturalized at age 3-1/2 months, a few days after the adoption.
If Obama actually has one of these Certificates of Live Birth, it probably means he was born outside the US. To get this he either had to show his original birth certificate and adoption decree from a country where the US recognizes their adoptions or he was born outside the US and adopted in Hawaii. In both cases he would need a Naturalization Certificate to obtain a US passport. It would not necessarily authorize him to be considered a natural-born US citizen and eligible to be President, and would probably preclude it.
Depending on his mother’s status at the time, he may or may not be considered a natural-born US citizen - that is out of my area of expertise.
I think he was born in Kenya. I think he will claim his real father is that Frank Davis commie/pedophile/pervert who was an American (barely).
I think Berg is hedging for that by pointing out of Obambi became an Indo citizen then he lost his USA citizenship.
