The question regarding Barack Obama’s eligibility to run for President based on questions regarding his status as natural born United States citizen has reached the Hawaiian Supreme Court. Illinois journalist and Democrat politician, Andy Martin, has asked the Hawaiian Supreme Court to entertain an emergency writ expediting the release of Senator Barack Obama’s birth records.
For months there has been speculation about Barack’s birth status among other issues associated with his birth certificate. This has been helped along by the campaign’s reluctance to produce uncontestable records of the Senators birth and status as a natural born citizen of the United States. When the Obama campaign did release a scan of Obama’s birth certificate its noticeable lack of an embossed seal among other inconsistencies with proper Hawaiian birth certificates simply fueled the speculation of critics.
The Hawaiian Supreme Court now has the opportunity to answer these questions once and for all.
There has been no shortage of theater surrounding Andy Martin’s actions at the Supreme Court. In the same week that the request was made by Mr. Martin, Associate Justice Steven Levinson announced his surprise retirement from state’s highest court. While he explained his actions by saying that his “batteries needed recharging”, court watchers are theorizing on the significance of the move and what it may be telegraphing in regards to the Martin request to open Barack’s birth records. Justice Levinson will be serving until the end of the year.
Presidential candidate Barack Obama has also indirectly interjected himself into the situation. During the same week that Mr. Martin’s request was made to the Hawaiian Supreme court, Barack is suspending his campaign for a few days in order to visit his sick grandmother in Hawaii. Unnamed sources claim that he is bringing along a team of lawyers on this visit to an ailing relative. The Obama campaign has not yet answered our query regarding whether Barack has brought a legal team with him to Hawaii.
A decision by the Hawaiian Supreme Court is expected before the election. We will report on that decision when the high court makes its ruling.
You are mistaken. The law ENDED in 1986. The law began in the 1950’s. Barack was born in 1961, in between those years.

To put a finer point on it, how is it that a man who for 20 years has made a profession of harassment and bullying does not have a vigorous opposition party dogging him?
Anyone who has ever achieved anything of significance has enemies. Barack appears to have none. This is more than simply odd.
Given his lack of credentials the most likely explanation is that he has never been involved in anything of importance.
This appears to be the case. He is a hothouse liberal, untouched by the realities of struggle, yet firmly committed to a set of beliefs and principles that are by any standard Marxist.
He has been schooled by the notorious, financed by the unscrupulous, promoted by dogmatics and portrayed by a thoroughly corrupt media as brilliant, profoudly moral, centrist, courageous to a fault and worthy of adoration. Clearly, he is more to be feared than worshipped.
Very true, a man with no know enemies running for president is definatly a man to be feared! Of course, maybe because enemies are usually there because of moral conflictions, and all of his associations apparently dont have morals. I’m sure someone already showed you this by now but, in order to be President you have to be born on American soil, citizenship of your mother doesn’t matter. Hence, “Natural born Citizen”.

You have to be “natural-born,” which in most interpretations of the intent of the framers includes being born elsewhere to two U.S. citizens. You are either “natural-born” (a citizen at birth) or you are “naturalized.” Some will try to split hairs and make a distinction between citizenship by soil and citizen by blood but it is my understanding that this distinction has no basis in U.S. constitutional law.
