The question regarding Barack Obama’s eligibility to run for President based on questions regarding his status as natural born United States citizen has reached the Hawaiian Supreme Court. Illinois journalist and Democrat politician, Andy Martin, has asked the Hawaiian Supreme Court to entertain an emergency writ expediting the release of Senator Barack Obama’s birth records.
For months there has been speculation about Barack’s birth status among other issues associated with his birth certificate. This has been helped along by the campaign’s reluctance to produce uncontestable records of the Senators birth and status as a natural born citizen of the United States. When the Obama campaign did release a scan of Obama’s birth certificate its noticeable lack of an embossed seal among other inconsistencies with proper Hawaiian birth certificates simply fueled the speculation of critics.
The Hawaiian Supreme Court now has the opportunity to answer these questions once and for all.
There has been no shortage of theater surrounding Andy Martin’s actions at the Supreme Court. In the same week that the request was made by Mr. Martin, Associate Justice Steven Levinson announced his surprise retirement from state’s highest court. While he explained his actions by saying that his “batteries needed recharging”, court watchers are theorizing on the significance of the move and what it may be telegraphing in regards to the Martin request to open Barack’s birth records. Justice Levinson will be serving until the end of the year.
Presidential candidate Barack Obama has also indirectly interjected himself into the situation. During the same week that Mr. Martin’s request was made to the Hawaiian Supreme court, Barack is suspending his campaign for a few days in order to visit his sick grandmother in Hawaii. Unnamed sources claim that he is bringing along a team of lawyers on this visit to an ailing relative. The Obama campaign has not yet answered our query regarding whether Barack has brought a legal team with him to Hawaii.
A decision by the Hawaiian Supreme Court is expected before the election. We will report on that decision when the high court makes its ruling.

On my ballot in Tennessee, Biden is the candidate on the Democtatic VICE president slot. If Obama is not qualified for the presidential candidate slot then the Democratics have NO ONE running as the presidential candidate.

well i dont buy the sealed business so why should he. and just why are millions of americans voting for someone that cannot be truly identified.Obama is a manufactured product. does he have any school transcripts we can look at to see what kind fo student he was.

the thing that bothers me is Obama acts like he is acting in a movie, not running for president. he can barely speak unless its scripted. what classes did he take in school?

I think you are making the case that he is not even a citizen now.
But oddly, he may have been when born if you use current citizenship law applied to 1961.
I think that would be a brilliant move on his part, as it would cast doubt on all of the legitimate questions regarding Ayers, Rezko, etc etc etc.
Doubt he's that smart, though.
However, you don't really think that he's taking a break from campaigning to fly halfway around the world and visit his grandmother - WITHOUT the kids or the wife - do you? There's something in Hawaii that needs to be handled, and it's important enough to be handled by him. Personally, I think that he's going there to shut up his "Typical White Racist Grandmother" up about something.
McCain may have been born in Panama, but it was on a US military base and at least one parent had no such issues with residency.
Oh well... Let's see what the Courts make of this mess. I'm betting nothing good, but they've surprised me before...
