Police at Western Carolina University and wildlife officials were investigating the discovery early Monday of a dead bear cub draped with a pair of Barack Obama campaign signs.

My guess is that they will find (or already have found) the teenagers who did this and that it wasn't even politically motivated... But that story will never be published.
Too bad. A bear deserves better than to be polluted in death with a communists propaganda.

Putin is obviously “testing” Obama already. The bear is symbolic of Russia. Yogi has always been a socialist metaphor, preferring to feed off the bourgeoisie, while tweaking the old feudal authoritarian order, represented by Ranger Smith. BooBoo, of course, is the useful western media, reluctant at first, but always pliant when tempted with the utopian communist order represented by the “picnic basket”.
Spent three great years in Cullowhere many seasons ago. My bet is local country-boy day students at the university. Shame that anyone would kill a bear cub.

I did. The only thing about your theory of country-boy day students is, no self-respecting hunter is going to shoot a cub, let alone make such a putrid, wasteful display out of its remains.
That's why I think this was done by a novice, and it was done to embarass hunters and pro-second amendment people.
