The leader of the national anti-Obama movement, legendary Chicago Internet columnist and Obama author Andy Martin, will hold a Honolulu news conference today, October 20, 2008 to announce he has asked the Hawai’i Supreme Court to entertain an emergency writ expediting the release of Senator Barack Obama’s secret birth records.
A copy of the Petition will be posted on Martin’s blogs later today after it is docketed by the Supreme Court. The Hawai’i Supreme Court petition supplements and expands on a lawsuit filed Friday, October 18th in the Circuit Court of Hawai’i.
Martin is due back in New York on Friday, October 24th for network television interviews.

True, but I would’ve thought he had gotten other important documents, etc. on his other visits, especially the last one in August.
Obama is working out the details to get Granny to move in with his “Brother” in KENYA since he is NOT working and the cost of boarding Branny at the HOVEL would be Negligible! That way there will be MORE left for Barry’s Inheritance!
While he is visiting Granny, he will make sure any remaining incriminating records are burned and incinerated!

At such a dire time, visiting Granny for possibly the last time, having REGGIE LOVE accompany him on his most serious visit to Granny seems strange, while his SUPER WIFE, HATE AMERICA MICHELLE, sits back in Chicago in her Ill Gotten TONY REZKO MANSION!!!
Wouldn’t THE MESSIAH want his two daughters beside him with his Beloved Wife when visiting his Beloved Direly ILL Grandma who FOUGHT in WWII to SAVE AMERICA when this might be his Last Visit with His Dearest Grandma ever on this Earth? But then REGGIE LOVE is MOST SPECIAL apparently, at least he has the peanut butter sandwiches at hand always!

If he is a lawful voter, he has the right to know that a particular candidate is qualified to be elected. The burden is lawfully on Obama to prove he is qualified under the U.S. Constitution.
It shouldn't be taken seriously. The man has no grounds to demand access to Obama's birth records. These suits are either publicity stunts, or the plaintiffs have some really crappy lawyers.

She was in the hospital last week according to this report today..yet Obama did not go visit then and nothing was reported then. Suddenly, she has taken a turn for the worse, possibly ‘gravely ill’ and Obama is not going until Thursday or Friday without his wife or kids!

From the info I've seen from other sources, there are no birth records whatsoever to be found in the Hawaii state files. That's because he was born in Kenya!

He’s in FL today and tomorrow and Michelle’s also there, with at least one rally herself on Wednesday, so it looks like Florida/votes comes first to The One.

Your dad’s situation may not be as determinate as you might think. I don’t know the circumstances, to he may have lived in the country and his folks not have filed at the county seat. He may have even lived in the city, and have been born at home, his folks not filing at the county seat. I don’t know how they did it in those days. He could have even been born in a hospital, and not have filed the paperwork he was given.
I don’t know when they started making birth certificates, but my guess is that they got back to early England perhaps 1200 AD. They are probably present in other nations as well.
It would be an interesting thing to check out. I see what I can come up with and come back in a few minutes.
