An illegal immigrant living in Auburn is charged with rape after assaulting a co-workers girlfriend on Sunday morning. Police say Arturo Bautista raped the woman when she was sleeping. She woke up and tried to push him off but police say he held her down. The assault stopped when the victim's child walked into the room. Bautista left the home but was stopped by police as he was walking on Osbourne Street and they arrested him. Police learned he was illegally in the United States and is a native of Guatemala. He is charged with rape. Auburn Police are working with The United States Immigration and Naturalization Service to see how to proceed in this case.
People really need to start suing the companies these “people” work for. They wouldn’t be here without a means of support provided by a job.
