I asked on the other thread about this without luck. Not everyone has audio or the patience to sit through a six minute video (or a ten minute video, or a ninety-three minute video).
So, it’d be great if someone could offer a journalistic-style summary with a list of the most damaging statements.

Powell made it inarguably clear that he was selecting Obama not on the merits or the issues, but on style, oration, appearance, and other intangibles.
There’s a lot of that going around right now, i.e., “We don’t care that he’s a Marxist or a Socialist, because he sounds good”.

Yep. I’ve studied Ericsonian hypnosis and NLP formally (in a class, for a year++) and I’d give the article about 80 percent agreement. There are some things in it that are “over the top”, and you’ll need to make your own judgement about whether Obama’s use of hypnotic language patterns is intentional or not.
