Not to long ago, there was a thread on here about "what else we could do," on the 29th of October during Obama's televised "info-mercial."
It just hit me this morning right after mass -- if everyone all across the nation had a call to prayer on the 29th...an evening vigil so to speak for our nation, our military, and our nations un-born children -- that would be far more important than sitting at home and watching the Obama "info-mercial."
We can start this call right here.
Please, contact your local churches, synagogue, and communities all across the nation and try to organize essentially a mass or prayer vigil starting at 8:00 pm (I know, it is competing with game six of the World Series).
But, it need only last an hour or a half hour...it could be a candlelight prayer vigil, it could be a community walk, it could be a spaghetti dinner in your church basement (really, we are limited by our own imagination as to what we can do instead of watching the "info-mercial").
What is important is that we say a Prayer for our Military, Our Country, and of course the un-born defenseless babies of our country.
I don't know if that makes sense or if I'm even barking up the right tree here, but what I do know is that there are 11,000 parishioners in my parish.
If only 1/3 of them turned out for this prayer vigil it would be amazing -- it would essentially be our own grassroots movement to re-kindle what matters the most to us in this campaign season, not to mention it will keep it fresh in America's mind as they go to the polls -- and that is what is really the most important issues to us.
We need to keep praying and fasting-even if your fasting is really little sacrifices like mine!
The spell is breaking!
1. For humbling and repentance of (self and) the American People.
2. That the rot of this Marxist attack on our nation through politics and the media be exposed for what putridity it is.
3. That McCain/Palin win this election — and still have a Congress and a nation to work with.
(In that order, I have to say.)
3. For protection of all concerned, who would sustain the Rights, Responsibilities, and Ideals of America's complete charter, the Declaration of Independence & Constitution — especially the Right to Life, Right to Liberty, and Right to Property.

It is the one absolute weapon the other side doesn’t have.
I noticed this morning that there were more people than I’ve ever seen staying after Mass to continue praying. There are always a couple, but I think every pew had at least one today. ALL the candles on the side we were on were lit, too.
Still doing it and have been doing it for quite a while. Prayer is powerful!
The movie “Bruce Almighty” comes to mind. I envision God hearing all the prayers from just 1 block, as Bruce did, and finding it impossible to even understand them all. God will be hiring a switchboard operator on Oct. 29th! Go forth and PRAY!!!
Yeah...that made me laugh...but that is what I’m talking about.
Getting active and getting out into our communities and waking people up...this is the real deal.

Terrific idea! By praying during the lies that Obama will no doubt be spewing forth during his brainwashing session, we can ask God to combat the deception by revealing the truth to all those who are ready to receive it. Thanks for getting the ball rolling.

My neighbor has a “Vote for Life” sign in her front yard. I’m about to get one of those and put it in my front yard also. If enough people did that, maybe others would get the message.
Dear God, please make 0bama, his supporters, surrogates and minions quickly become more and more and more of who and what they are, and make them plainly visible for all to see.
