What McCain should say to the Nation, but won't
Vanity | 10-19-2008 | Redangus

Here is the commercial that McCain should make and run until election day. Forget Ayres, Wright and Rezko. It is time he give people a choice a reason to vote for him. He needs to be sitting in a well lit room in a comfortable chair and talk directly to the people. Tell them who he is and what a McCain presidency vs an Obama presidency. There isn't much time left and things are not looking good. I would also put Sarah on Leno's show the night Bambi does his 30 minute infomercial. 10 minutes unfiltered, Jay is fair and a good interviewer and she would probably draw as many viewers as Bambi.

My friends you are soon to vote to elect a new president. This election may be the most important election in our lifetime. As a Nation we are presently facing one of the worst economic/financial crisis in the country's history, we are involved in two shooting wars, dealing with an increasingly belligerent Iran and an undeclared world-wide war on terror. As you go to the voting booth you are have two distinct choices before you. On the one hand you can vote for the most inexperienced and most liberal candidate ever to run for the highest office of the land. A man who believes there is a government solution for every problem and who will raise your taxes, limit your health care choices, retreat from the international stage, appoint activist judges and expand the size and cost of government. Or you can vote for me. I offer you a lifetime of public service and 25 years of experience in dealing with the crises this great country has faced. As president I promise you I will shrink the size and cost of government, reduce taxes for all American in order to grow the economy and create jobs. I will make sure that all parents have a choice in how they educate their children and will appoint judges that understand their job is to interpret the Constitution not rewrite it. The choice is clear, bigger and more intrusive, expensive government or less government and more freedom and choice in how you live your life. A government that is a partner in your success or a government that decides who is successful and to what extent they are successful. I think the choice is a clear one. It's your decision I ask for your vote.

At least give the people a choice. A reason to vote for him. They may choose Bambi, but give them choice and see what happens.

I also don’t understand the wildly varying strategic approaches. Some want Ayers, other Wright, many both, and some none. I’m beginning to think no one knows what they want. IMO they need a two pronged approach. Cut into Zero on the economy, taxes and spending, and question his experience and associations.

I would love to see Sarah on TV the same night as Obama. Maybe the same time spot. Unfortunately, there isn’t a station, including Fox, that would step on “that one’s” toes for fear of retaliation.

He’s buying time on all three networks. CNN will probably broadcast it for free. Msnbc is owned by nbc so they’re bought and paid for. That leaves FOX and that ain’t gonna’ happen. This is a taste of things to come. Only one oppinion allowed and you can’t disagree with it.

If McCain wants to win, he needs to stay on message for the rest of the race instead of bouncing strategy after strategy.

I have to agree. I am tired of hearing what the other guy did or didn’t do, what they said or didn’t say. If I was still undecided, I would want to hear specifics about themselves. This is what I will do, I have a record of doing this, this is who I am sorta stuff. It is too late to talk about the other guy, McCain needs to talk about himself. Let others do the dirt, McCain needs to sell himself.

I like the Leno idea!! ..

and I also think Team McCain needs to let people know that the tax on small business Obama wants would be retroactive up to TEN years!... (correct me if I’m mistaken)

If people only knew... *sigh*

.

McCain will NOT attack hard enough to win the election.

WE CAN. WE CAN MAKE OUR VOICES HEARD!
(and it feels SO good to get it off your chest- and to feel like you’re doing something. TRUST ME)

Flood the MSM out with emails with videos, articles, documentation. DEMAND they reveal the truth about Barack Hussein Obama for the welfare of this country!

McCain’s anemic attempts to fight Obama back is losing this election.
DEMAND that he fight back hard! NAME NAMES!

Please go to
http://www.protestthemedia.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=7

and pick up all the email addresses to the McCain camp and HUNDREDS of emails of MSM.

SEND A FREE FAX!! https://faxzero.com/
(This really works. I’ve sent out several and received a confirmation)

CAN THEY IGNORE A MILLION EMAILS?

There was a story about McCain's buddy in the Hanoi Hilton where he sewed an American flag into the inside of his shirt and they pledged allegiance to that flag every day.

I think that's how the story goes but Ayers chooses to stand on the American flag that he hates but never fought for.

If McCain's campaign doesn't bring this up in comparison then they're idiots because it provides the right contrast and appeals to anyone who has a patriotic bone in their body.

The Pelosi’s, Schumers, and other socialists are all for the “fairness doctrine” some network ... i.e. Fox needs to give or sell time opposite his Majesty’s hypnotic infomercial in the spirit of the libs so-called “fairness”!

I am still in a quandry whether McCain really wants to be POTUS or if he just wants to be known an ‘also-ran’ candidate.
