My thought is if that same community were at all interested in just a little bit of truth then their paranoia would vanish. The like their pararnoia and have no plans to release themselves from it because it serves them politically and economically.
Why can’t he support Obama? Whats the big deal? After listening to his views this morning its clear that Powell is a liberal. Obama is the liberal candidate. Why make it more then it is.
I judge this man by the content of his character, NOT the color of his skin!

That's just it - psychologically speaking, the paranoid really aren't interested in truth. They are interested in validation. This is why conspiracy theorists invent new epicycles when their conspiracies start being challenged, and why the lack of evidence for their theories itself BECOMES evidence of the conspiracy. Paranoia gives the weak something to latch onto and blame their problems on.

He’s white but hardly meets the other criteria.He was relatively inexperienced (although that issue is pretty muddy right now). Liberal? Look at the vast increases in government size and spending, the amnesty bill he pushed so hard. Maybe he's not liberal, but he sure ain't conservative.
Powell endorses Obama because he has and has always been a lib.
Bush was an idiot for appointing him as SOS. He realized it too late though. He should have let him go the first time he didn’t agree with Bush’s policies in public.

How long can the Judge delay ruling on this simple request? The Judge's refusal to allow this issue to be legally addressed will have a negatively and dishonest impact on millions and millions of voters. The longer the Court delays, the bigger the problems. One should not be given a US military Top Secret clearance without first being fully and proper vetted?
Someone should ask Powell that question.
