Powell endorsed Obama..go figure :)No cares. Good riddance.
He has been the Ultimate PASSIVE-AGGRESSIVE PERSONALITY.
He is a bitter, angry man with an ego way beyond his accomplishments. And he always comes through with this smiling “Yes Sir” stuff when he is the “Big shot” and then down the line comes the “GOTCHA!” moment.
This is beyond disloyalty to the Bush’s, it is disloyalty to his country.
What a total phony.
He is now just another played out Weasely Clark.
i knew he was going to. oh well
I think you’re right, Abbeville Conservative.
I knew Powell was trouble from the start. Why his opinion matters is beyond me — he got tricked by Turkey didn’t he? I wonder what the Bush Family is thinking about him now. Should be clear to them that they should have listened to more conservatives and fewer ‘moderates’.
COLIN POWELL IS A RACIST
But then the job offer was probably pretty good.
Powell says he wants the war brought to an end!
Apparently, he isn’t as brilliant as everyone thinks. He just said that he watched Obama through the financial crisis and was impressed by BHO’s leadership. Not sure what he was watching, but his true leaning is showing proudly.
he is a good man. history will tell when we are no longer here
Yep. This was his last chance to twist the knife and he took it. He’ll be promised some sort of ROAD post in the Hussein cabinet for the effort, but this endorsement won’t have much effect beyond the typical lib mediagasm.
This endorsement....yawn. It’s gonna sway 1000’s of voters I am sure./sarc One black guy supporting another, man rare as a snowstorm in Buffalo. I think Powell just got his ticket to all the rubber chcicken dinner revoked when it comes to Republican events. Good riddance Powelll, we appreciate your service but like John Glenn...Hero to Zero.
Co'Lenin' Powell supports the Oba'Marxist'. Snooze....
I thought also this would be his ultimate passive aggressive “gotcha!” moment.
He’s on Fox - what an A$$ !!! Spinning about the war... washing his hands of the mistakes in the war.
He’s watched Obama and he has the “style and substance” to do the job.
WHAT SUBSTANCE? I’ll agree he has more than enough style to be an effective persuasive leader....so do most cult leaders by the way...but what substance?
I’m amazed how “fair weathered fan-like” Mr. Powell is. He is a band wagon politico type. Let’s wait to see who leads the polls two weeks out and then support that guy who’s leading.
Basically the reason he’s supporting Obama is the rest of the world wants him elected. That’s all nice and dandy...but some of the parts of the world who loves him HATES America....
And the Ayers thing...ARE YOU KIDDING ME POWELL?? This isn’t important? So having a “casual” relationship with Osama bin laden is okay? Oh in 30 years it will be okay? The only difference between Ayers and Obama or McVeigh is he wasn’t all that effective in his goals. He didn’t do enough by his own account. This thinking is the pre 9-11 mentality that caused us to accept these guys at “Oh they aren’t really that much of a threat”....
Read the educational plans of Ayers Mr. Powell...or are you a socialist anyway who believes THIS is the substance you crave?
well, just goes to show that melanin is thicker than water.
Powell saying in news conference that McCain’s negativity troubled him.
The people dont want to hear about ayers???? is he kidding???? hes crazy!!!
