Democrats Draw Crowd of 100,000

In Garment District, Mondale Dresses Down 'Radical Preachers'

NEW YORK, Nov. 1 -- In their last joint appearance before Election Day, Walter F. Mondale and Geraldine A. Ferraro drew an estimated 100,000 supporters to a Garment District rally where the Democratic candidates denounced the "radical preachers" and "extremists who control the Republican Party."

It is a “cult of personality” with 0bama. And you know how all of them have turned out...

silencing dissent, opponents jailed or murdered, death camps and “re-education centers,” misery for the masses...

Go down the list:

Lenin
Stalin
Mussolini
Hitler
Mao
Pol Pot
Tito
Castro
Nasser
Assad
Kadafi
Kim Jong Il
Ho Chi Minh
Chavez
Khomeni

I dare anyone to find one exception to the rule that the “cult of personality” always results in a police state, oppression and misery.

Don't know, but local rapper Nelly could have been there and would have been a crowd draw.

I bet they bused people in from St. Louis City and the East Side to attend the rally.

One big party I would guess.

Doubt if you saw many supporters come from St. Louis County, except the P.A., Bob McCulloch. Wonder if he was a dignitary on stage supporting Obama or if he was out scouting for lies being spread about the ONE.

The media always exagerates the size of the liberal groups and downsizes the conservative crowds. How do I know for sure? When we had our pro-life ralllies - they always reported the crowd half the size it really was! They Sitill do - look at the numbers every Jan. when pro-lifers go to march in Washington! The media Hardly covers the event - or the size of the crowds!

The liberal media is doing everthing it can to discourage voters who might vote for McCain so it is under-reporting numbers. Notice the effect the poll numbers and the size of the crowds have on the discussions!

I’ll bet Sarah Palin had just as large of crowds of 100,000 - only the media would only admit to 69,000 people coming out to see her!

Enthusiasm within the “choir” does not equate to election day returns.

That's true. But the Palin crowds are significant because McCain wasn't exactly inspiring enthusiasm in the choir until he chose Palin. Obama already had his choir inspired beforehand due to massive BDS and just the fact they've been in the wilderness for 8 years.
