AS JOE THE PLUMBER SLAMS OBAMA, THE NOBAMA MOVEMENT SPREADS



Joe the Plumber was the real winner of the 3rd presidential debate. In less than five minutes on a neighborhood street where Obama came to call, Joe simply asked him a direct question and was able to smoke out Obama on his socialistic, "share the wealth" tax scheme.

By extensions, and as a result, McCain and all Americans became winners.

But, because Joe the Plumber, a regular every-day Amereican playing catch with his child on a middle class American street, trying to earn a living for his family, was honest about the impact of the Obama plans from his perspective, and because he did not drink the Obama kool-aid, the MSM, the DNC, and the Obama campaign now consider that hard working, well spoken, young man as the enemy.

Just as Patrick Henry indicated, and that truth still holds today...if we will hold the course, God in Heaven will raise up friends to help fight these battles.

Sarah Palin is one such friend...now, out of obscurity, Joe the Plumber is another.

All thanks for this goes, IMHO, to a merciful God in Heaven! and millions of hard working, partiotic, loyal Americans who will not give up...two of which, Joe and Sarah, have been brought forth before us all to express these sentiments.

The truth is that the left, the Obama campaign, the DNC, and the MSM will lie, fabricate, misquote, commit fruad, beg, borrow, or steal in their effort to slow down what is happening on the ground with the McCain campaign right now, and particularly with the likes of Joe and especially Sarah Palin who is burrowing underneath all of their hype and drawing 25-30,000 people at a time to her rallies and getting the message of hope and conservative values out.

Obama and his ilk know it, they fear it, and they will do anything they can to stop it...but they shall also fail in the attempt. In fact it already is backfiring as Americans all over the country take up Joe's cause.

Truth has a way of shining all the brighter in darkness.

...and so the NOBAMA movement spreads. In addition to the huge crowds Sarah Palin is drawing all across the nation, we see other evidence of it everywhere.

I just whipped out the “patriot plumber” and the I AM Joe logo on a regular sheet of paper (had to blow it up a little to fill the sheet.) Going to laminate it to put on the van window. Penetrating Insights into the Obvious

I think Mad-As-Hell buys the lies told by Bidden and Obama saying that Joe the Plumber said he was making more than 250 thousand.

What Joe actually said was he was trying to buy the plumbing business where he had worked for years. He said that business was making more than 250 thousand a year.

In 1972 with $5,000 down I managed to borrow nearly $100,000 dollars to build a new FM radio station. I was making about $8,000 a year at the time I built the station. By the second year the station was making about $200,000 and by 5 years was making $300,000 a year.

However had the station not made it, I would have been on the hook for that $100,000 minus what ever a losing money station could have been sold for.

I don’t know how old the owner of this plumbing business is. Many small business owners when they sell out to retire, try to sell to a long time employee. A long time employee can be trained to run the business and with the prospect of buying the business will stay and work for reasonable wages. An employer does not have to worry about losing a good employee. It is a way for a small business to get and hold a good worker and train a successor.

My cousin worked at a large locally owned store in my home town for many years at not great wages. But when the owner retired he sold the business to my cousin. Who paid it off over a few years and went on to become a very wealthy man. During the years he was just an employee he didn’t make any more than Joe the Plumber makes. And during the years he was paying it off it was not all that great either. But after he got it paid for he has been in fat city.

The problem for men buying a small business is the money that goes to make the payments is considered profit and is taxed. A business that makes 250 thousand a year will have payments that would be about 200 grand a year. So if the business makes 250 grand and they tax it at Obama’s rate, there is no way the employee can buy it.

So the owner sells out to a big corporation with the money to buy it and Joe the plumber remains an employee making 40 grand a year for the rest of his life.

That is what Obama calls spreading the wealth. The unintended consequence is big companies get bigger and guys like Joe the plumber never have a chance. However if Joe buys the place he will have to hire a guy to replace himself. So Obama Costs Joe his small business and a young plumber a job and makes a big company even bigger.

The ONLY thing that matters is OBAMA’s RESPONSE. It doesn’t matter if Joe is really named Suzie or if he never held a wrench. Remove the BIOGRAPHY of JOE and listen to OBAMA’s ANSWER. Don’t allow the MEDIA change the focus.

I agree with you. It’s all about Obama’s response but unfortunately the drive by media hasn’t FOCUSED at all on what Obama said. As I stated, it doesn’t help that Joe lied about his intentions because that gave the MSM the one thing to focus on instead of the huge nugget of truth that that piece of socialist Obama said.

Just a couple of thoughts to share.
First, if campaigns were won by money then ObamaRama would be 20 or more points ahead. He isn't though and that speaks volumes. All of that money on hand and all you get is the spinning of tires. (no traction)

And second, now that "the "S" word" (ROTFLOL...most liberals can't, or rather won't, even say the word!) is out I've heard no denial by ObamaRama, or his camp, that his plan isn't Socialism. He simply states that the McCain camp is accusing his tax plan of being Socialism and leaves it at that. If there is no direct denial then the only conclusion anybody can make is that the plan really is Socialism!
Of course, admitting that it is would cost him the election so he'll obviously duck and dodge his way around the issue and never address it directly.

P.S. If anybody reading this reply has heard such a denial would you ping me?

Barack Hussein Obama is a full-out Marxist pretending to be a socialist with his 'change' mantra. Agree 100%. Now to elaborate:

0bama has 3+(?) times the money the McCain camp has.
0bama has the entire MSM working tirelessly to promote him, and slime and destroy everyone not in lockstep.
The economy + the 2 terms of Bush all favor 0bama.

And yet Nobama has not, cannot, and will not close the deal.

I think the main reason is that after 18 months America knows deep-down that 0bama continues to hide most all of his past. He MUST lie and deceive, and ACORN MUST cheat in order for 0bama to have even an ounce of a chance. IF this was a fair election, and IF the Brownshirt Media was an honest media McCain would eclipse Reagan’s landslides.

I don’t care that he’s black. I care that he is Karl Marx RED—A MARXIST TO HIS VERY CORE.

For them it’s not just about “RACE” its “RACE + LIBERALISM”

If 0bama were an economic liberal but social conservative the DNC never would have promoted him for US senate and he never would have made the speech he made at the 2004 convention.

His skin color is the symbolic icing on top of the ultra liberal dream candidate.

Obama doesn't need traction. He has sufficient votes from:

(1) the useful idiots who don't have a clue about what he really represents, and who vote based on superficialities -- those people are represented in the 50%+ that he is showing in the polls, and

(2) the ACORN-inspired 'reserve' that will be waiting in the wings on November 4th. They aren't even represented in the polls, simply because most of them don't even exist.

Obama has an unbeatable advantage: He's wallowing in money; he has a core of imbeciles who are voting for him because of his catchy slogans; and he had a cadre of 'poll watchers/vote casters/vote counters' ready to provide him with just enough fraudulent votes in the metropolitan areas to put that state's electoral votes in his column.

Being labeled a 'socialist' is becoming less of a hindrance than we'd like to think. The socialist sympathizers/supporters in this country are growing by leaps and bounds.

The entitlement-mentality portion of the population is increasing every day. More and more Americans expect government to do for them rather than protect their right to do for themselves. So what's not to like about socialism?

Got a failed business? No worries. The government will bail you out or buy you out. Signed a lousy contract that you can't live up to? No worries. The government will bail you out or buy you out.

Constitution? What Constitution?

And the ever-increasing illegal alien population, most of whom are reaping benefits from the system without contributing their fair share ... do you think that ever-increasing, and ever more powerful, segment of our society shrinks at the mention of socialist programs?

We conservatives generally don't want to acknowledge the sad fact that socialist doctrine is gaining in popularity in this country. Those of us who revere our roots, and our liberties, and our sovereignty, are incensed at that fact, but it is indeed a fact.
